Because this is a new listing the photos are a bit limited at the moment - however, I am an experienced 5* super host with over 200+ reviews...

The photos show some options for sleeping arrangements - we can flex!! From 5-6 bedrooms with 2-3 large reception rooms. We can cater for 10 x single adults or up to 4/5 doubles.. options. Message me and let’s see if we can accommodate :)

There is a fantastic hard cover, super jet extra large hottub, BBQ eating area, (seats 20) party room with giant disco ball, karaoke. We have a pizza oven, secluded gardens and..... a lovely country pub next door with pool table, good food, and a VIP garden gate straight in lol :)

The Gamp used to be a high end restaurant with 5 reception rooms its really spacious, plenty of parking and set up for a relaxing weekend away or get together/celebration. I plan to run yoga retreats also so the decor will be tasteful and relaxing. the kitchen has 2 islands so perfect for entertaining/parties!!! etc

Well established gardens front and back, 12ft paddling pool, hottub, parking for up to 10 cars, sleeps up to 14, 3 bathrooms, utility, kitchen, dining room, large living room, entrance, garden room, 2 downstairs bedrooms (can be twin or doubles) upstairs bedrooms (2 doubles - 1 Master suite with ensuite spa bath, 1 double, 1 double twin - 4 adult single beds)

Picturesque North Norfolk village location, red telephone boxes, character properties, flint, lovely walks, farm shop, village antiques shop, numerous glamping sites, village shops and amenities, picturesque church, horses, river swimming, the country ideal escape etc etc

Here’s the configuration at the moment bed wise; this can be adjusted to 4 doubles etc etc whatever your needs. For larger groups with large reception rooms downstairs the games room makes a beautiful occasional bedroom for example.

HEN DOS, RETREATS, BIRTHDAYS EVEBTS

Hosting hen dos and events are our specialty 🤗 everything is included for hen dos including champagne flutes, cocktail glasses, slushy maker for cocktails, games room, Hottub, fancy dress, karaoke etc (and *** new for 2024 a sauna and ice bath***).

We also provide earlier check in for a few of the hens to come early to decorate (electric balloon blower provided to speed up the process too 🥰) and a later check out on the Sunday.

Swimspa indoor Private pool coming soon 2024! (Ask for details 🙌🏻💖🥰)

Other things to note
Dogs are welcome, by agreement with the following - access for doggies is downstairs only please (all hardwood oak or travertine flooring is fine) but we ask they are please kept out of the carpeted bedrooms. Please just message for a chat and we will do our best to accommodate :) There are dividing doors and a stairgate provided to assist you in adhering to these requirements so you can also relax during your stay, these measures are for the enjoyment of all of our guests as we expect a very high standard of boutique hotel level of clean.

There are beautiful country walks, safe beaches and the local pub which are all dog friendly.
